I’m not 100% sure, but I don’t think you can buy tickets to be on the boats. I believe each boat is sponsored by a local club or organization, and they choose who rides. They almost all have a special uniform and/or theme, so you’d have to be ready for that part too.

The official site might be one place to investigate, though I don’t see any obvious info there either.
