My and husband and I went to Amsterdam in May of 2007 and we are still talking about FEBO! I thought everything was good, especially the krokets. But then again, the two times we went, we were stoned out of our minds! So, who knows… I do remember how hard it was to figure out how to put the coins in and how to open the doors while I was in that inebriated state!! Oh, memories…

My Husband and I were starving to death while looking for a place to dine. We saw these FEBO and decided to grab a little snack to calm our hunger for a while. This was the best we could have ever done. These kroket’s were absolutely delicious. I am sure they are not healthy or that representative of the dutch but it sure was a great experience.I even talk to my friends about how delicious it was.

I was in the Netherlands in 2006, and my Dutch friend decided to show me some of the country. Let me tell you, the Dutch have some crazy food. Their licorice is not sweet but salty, they pile just about anything including cheese and ham onto Pancakes, and they eat these balls of breaded, deep fried gravy as you mentioned. Breaded deep fried gravy! It’s like they’re TRYING to get a heart attack. Any way the “wall o’ food” as I like to call it, was the icing on the fruitcake of weirdness for me though. The one I went to was in a mall. I love traveling.

Back before the Euro era, the Netherlands was the only country where you didn’t have to get i d of annoying small change. FEBO always makes shure you leave without a single coin! An excellent choice for the daring, even after several trips I still cannot tell the difference between rundvleeskroket and kalvleeskroket, but I love them both…

FEBO heaven in Amsterdam everyone who visits A’dam must have a kroket or better still kroketten plural but no more than 2 in one sitting Febo are the best, many try but can not equal them, I have not been to amsterdam for about 5 yeats now but thr thought of standing in a Febo and eating 2 makes my mouth water
