If you consider populations on the whole, the Dutch really communicate in English very well, but travelers there tend to be an eloquent bunch, so my statement was a bit of an exaggeration. Most of the Americans, for example, who don&#039;t communicate well outside of their own area, don&#039;t travel often to Europe or Amsterdam in particular. But still, your point is valid.</description>

		<description>I spoke to Duch people and believe there is sligh exegaration in the statement that ...they can also speak English more effectively than at least half the Brits, Americans. Nevertheless they are quite effectinfe in expresing themselves. It is because the films that they watch have no dubbing but subtitles instead.</description>
